Your Role

You're the face guests look forward to seeing and the expert behind every pour — whether that's shaking a signature cocktail or steering somebody to the right local brew. Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and with flair. Know the list well enough to make a real recommendation. Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Monitor alcohol service responsibly, in line with RAMP standards. Handle cash and cards accurately; balance your drawer at close. Work with servers and the kitchen for smooth service.

What We're Looking For

A personality that fills a bar. Bartending experience preferred; we'll train the right personality. Craft beer, cocktail, and spirits knowledge a plus. Reliability, integrity, strong work ethic. 18 or older, reliable transportation. RAMP certification preferred upon hire, required within 60 days. Where It Goes: Bar lead, beverage buying, running shifts.
