Mexico Joe's - Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

Mexico Joe’s is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Kitchen Supervisor. As a kitchen supervisor, you will be tasked with ensuring each meal that leaves our kitchen is delicious and contributes to a delightful dining experience for all guests.

Your responsibilities

may also include upholding the appearance standard of the restaurant by taking out the trash and maintaining the grounds, and other cleaning/utility tasks. Additionally, you will be in charge of keeping all supplies readily available for the team's success. Applications are due by Monday, November 9th at 5pm. The ideal candidate must possess: Knowledge & proficiency of all stations and prep in the kitchen Self-motivated Attention to detail A keen sense of urgency Flexible work schedule, including night and weekend availability Ability to hold each team member accountable Positive attitude Desire to train and develop others Ability to lead a team Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting with in-house caters and catering events Training and developing new team members Writing food prep lists Running a smooth shift The right applicant for this position is seeking a dynamic work environment where serving our guests is the top priority.
