Job Opening: SIU Field Investigator @ Lemieux & Associates, Tallahassee, FL

Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00/hour, depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR SIU FIELD INVESTIGATOR:

Attention to detail is vital in this part-time role, as you'll be conducting thorough scene investigations and effectively documenting evidence to help gain a full, accurate picture of the incident. You'll travel to assigned scenes, gather written and recorded statements from witnesses, and photograph accidents, including vehicle damage, roadway conditions, and more. With this information, you'll write accurate, detailed scene reports to support a comprehensive investigation process.

What You'll Need:

• Licensed in the State of Florida as a Class "C" Private Investigator
• Experience in SIU/claims investigation as a private investigator or fraud investigator
• Experience handling complex SIU/claims cases
• Residence within the Tallahassee area
• Willingness to travel and work a flexible part-time schedule with irregular hours
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, a digital camera, and a Windows-based computer with internet
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete high-quality work

A notary license or a degree in a field like criminal justice is highly preferred but not required. Bilingual skills would also be helpful.
