Line Cook

A chain is only as strong as each link within it. Similarly, it is imperative that the Heart of the House (HOH) team member operates with the same goal in mind, which is satisfying the guest. The HOH team members are involved with every facet of food preparation, as well as the final presentation as it is to be delivered to the guest. Their importance cannot be overstated. The Melting Pot utilizes a cold kitchen. Line cooks here are responsible for preparing and plating salads, uncooked proteins, and chocolate fondue as well as any rotating or seasonal menu items. Preference for applicants who are bilingual English / Spanish. Weekend / holiday availability is a must. Must have a reliable source of transportation.

Pay: $18 per hour
