Shift Supervisor

WE’RE HIRING – SHIFT SUPERVISOR Burger King Cowansville We are looking for a strong and responsible Shift Supervisor who can lead by example and help maintain excellent restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include

• Lead employees during assigned shifts
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
• Manage customer service and drive-thru performance
• Assign tasks and supervise team productivity
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and Burger King standards
• Handle operational issues during the shift
• Support training and development of employees
• Communicate clearly with restaurant management Candidate profile:
• Reliable, punctual and accountable
• Leadership mentality and strong work ethic
• Able to stay organized under pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Restaurant supervisory experience preferred
