Dining Server, Experienced Servers Encouraged to Apply $15–$17/hour, based on experience | Part-Time Evenings Summit Place Senior Living, Eden Prairie, MN | A Silvercrest Community Love serving guests, but tired of late nights and unpredictable shifts? At Summit Place, you’ll use the service skills you’ve built in restaurants, hotels, or catering in a dining room where you get to know your guests by name.

Our residents are your regulars, and you’ll be done by 7:00 PM. Why Experienced Servers Choose Us Pay that reflects your experience: $15–$17/hour. Servers with prior restaurant or hospitality experience can start near the top of the range. Done by 7:00 PM: Evening shifts run 4:00–7:00 PM, with no closing shifts or midnight side work.

What You’ll Do Provide attentive, polished table service during evening meals Learn residents’ preferences, dietary needs, and routines, and anticipate what they need before they ask Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service timely and accurate Create a warm, welcoming dining experience that residents look forward to Help mentor newer team members What We’re Looking For Serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, banquet, catering, or similar setting (1+ year preferred) Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly presence during busy service Patience and genuine care for older adults Availability year-round for a weekday and weekend block schedule Must be 16 or older To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
