Position Overview
Cardinal CT is looking for a motivated Health and Safety Coordinator to support our environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs at our facility in Dixon, California. This position works closely with the Safety Manager to maintain compliance with Cal/OSHA regulations while helping drive employee engagement, injury prevention, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, comfortable working on the manufacturing floor, and enjoys building relationships with employees and supervisors. This position requires balancing time between the production floor and the office, supporting employees while maintaining compliance documentation, training records, investigations, and safety programs.
