JOB TITLE: CONTENT CREATOR (SOCIAL MEDIA & VIDEO) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring a Content Creator to produce engaging, creative video and social media content designed to connect with audiences and build brand presence.

This role is highly hands-on and creator-led, with a strong emphasis on originality, trends, and audience engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create engaging short-form video and social content for social platforms
  • Ideate and execute content aligned with brand voice and social trends
  • Film, edit, and publish content in a consistent and timely manner
  • Adapt creative concepts for different platforms and formats
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams on content themes and campaigns
  • Monitor engagement and iterate on content ideas based on performance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated experience creating social media and video content for brands or businesses
  • Strong creative instincts and understanding of social media trends
  • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
  • Comfortable managing content creation independently from concept to publish
  • Strong attention to detail and brand alignment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Comfort appearing on camera or directing on-camera talent
  • Experience creating UGC-style or creator-led content
  • Familiarity with social analytics and engagement metrics TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY
  • Video Editing: Cap. Cut, In. Shot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
  • Design: Canva
  • Social Platforms: Tik. Tok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
