Analyze, design and optimize global business processes to improve efficiency, quality and transparency Drive process standardization and harmonization initiatives across countries, products and functions Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify business requirements, improvement opportunities and future process needs Lead process improvement initiatives and develop sustainable solution concepts aligned with business objectives Support business transformation, digitalization and system implementation projects Create and maintain process documentation, process maps and governance standards Facilitate workshops, foster cross-functional collaboration and actively promote process excellence across the organization Support testing, training and change management activities during process and system implementations Ensure compliance with defined process standards and best practices Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing throughout the organization
