Country Manager - Peru

Launch and run one of our priority markets: regulatory setup, growth, operations, and local partnerships. You'll own your market end to end. Own your country's launch plan and P&L: market research, regulatory path, go-to-market, hiring Growth across paid, referral, influencer, and community channels Own local creative: campaign concepts, copy, and content adapted to your market User research: talk to users constantly, surface local insights, and feed them back into product and engineering Set up local operations: customer support, compliance, banking/payment partnerships Data analysis (SQL, dashboards); work directly with product and engineering Product localization: onboarding, copy, pricing, local payment rails (PSE, Pix, Yape, MODO, etc.)

Requirements 5+ years of operational experience in tech (fintech, marketplaces, delivery, or similar) Track record owning growth: channels, funnels, experiments, with results Product experience: roadmaps, specs, working with eng/design Technical enough to query data and build small tools (SQL, GitHub) Heavy AI tooling user — uses AI daily for research, analysis, and content production Fluent Spanish and English ( Portuguese and English for Brazil ) Based in the country you'll run Nice to have: Local fintech/payments experience: regulators, payment rails, wallets, lending Prior market launch or 0→1 experience Background at Lat.
