Clinical Manager RN

Job Summary

Manages the nursing and clinical support team members in the Practice and collaborates with the directors, leaders, and administrators within Valley Health Partners Community Health Center. Manages clinical-support decision-making, clinical workflows, and clinical staff supervision. Oversees clinical performance and quality improvement activities in the practice including development and implementation of protocols and standardization of work. Serves as a clinical resource and role model for nursing, clinical support team members, clerical staff, and the practice management team.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Registered Nurse State in the Pennsylvania.
