Service - Service Engineer

Responsibilities

Works with Sales team to outline and implement service commitments in the Business Strategies. Help to develop service schedules in conjunction with Manager. Help to define the ongoing service manpower needs for market. Works with Manager to Ensures his testing equipment is in good working order and properly calibrated.

Helps establish annual budget for new equipment and manpower requirements. Help to provide investigative support for claims. Knowledge and Skills: Education: Bachelor degree with technical engineering background Experience: Minimum of four years experience in a technical discipline. Good communication and leadership skills and functionality with the English language are required Candidate should have experience in manufacture specification management and ERP systems and be detail oriented PMC product experience is preferred
