Title Clerk – Part Time REPORTS TO: Office Manager POSITION TYPE: Part-time, 20-hours per week LOCATION: De. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Title Clerk is responsible for review, breakdown, distribution, and processing of retail vehicle sales transaction paperwork in multiple systems. Also responsible for processing other items related to vehicle inventory and vehicle sales, as well as record related entries in accounting system. Workday is generally self-directed but will have minimum essential duties that are completed each day.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of experience processing vehicle titles High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently as well as with a team High level of organization and attention to detail Independent problem-solving ability Ability to read, speak and write English in order to fulfill job functions in an understandable way Must maintain a professional image and positively represent De.

Nooyer Chevrolet Exceptional written and verbal communication skills WHAT YOU’LL DO Review/breakdown/distribution of retail vehicle sale transaction paperwork including processing title and registration in CVR system and preparing package for processing by indirect lender. Process wholesale vehicle transactions, curb purchases, auction purchases and dealer trade vehicle transactions.

Process funding on indirect lending receivables and courtesy deliveries. Weekly review of Vehicle Settlement Schedule Comply with all De. Nooyer Chevrolet policies and procedures Must maintain a professional image and positively represent De. Nooyer Chevrolet Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Assist with other projects and duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Ability to sit at a computer in an office setting for extended periods of time Ability to move throughout different departments within the dealership and travel as needed.
