Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of new store development, relocations, remodels, expansions, and capital improvement projects across the retail portfolio. This role serves as a key liaison between internal departments, landlords, architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company brand standards and operational requirements.

The Construction Project Manager supports the full project lifecycle, including due diligence, preconstruction, design coordination, budgeting, permitting, construction, turnover, and post-opening support.
