ResponsibilitiesAs a Master Jedi, you will be responsible for:**Leadership and Mentorship:**Guide and mentor junior Jedi (Padawans) through comprehensive training programs, fostering their professional development and ensuring adherence to Jedi principles and ethics.**Strategic Council Participation:**Serve as a key member of the Jedi Council, contributing to high-level strategic decisions, organizational governance, and long-term planning initiatives for the Jedi Order.
**Force Mastery and Discipline:**Maintain advanced proficiency in Force techniques, meditation practices, and philosophical principles; model exemplary discipline and commitment to the Jedi Code.**Diplomatic Missions and Conflict Resolution:**Undertake complex diplomatic assignments across the galaxy, negotiating peace agreements, resolving conflicts, and representing the Jedi Order with integrity and wisdom.
**Combat Readiness and Defense:**Maintain expert-level lightsaber combat skills and tactical defense capabilities; lead defensive operations against threats to galactic security and the dark side.**Jedi Trials and Assessment:**Design, conduct, and evaluate rigorous trials and assessments for Padawans advancing through the ranks, ensuring they meet the highest standards of competency and character.
**Knowledge Preservation and Documentation:**Maintain and expand the Jedi Archives, documenting Force knowledge, historical records, and best practices to preserve institutional wisdom for future generations.**Crisis Management and Problem-Solving:**Address complex challenges and threats with strategic thinking, decisive action, and wisdom; provide guidance during critical situations affecting the Order and the galaxy.
**Continuous Professional Development:**Stay current with evolving Force techniques, galactic affairs, and emerging threats; pursue ongoing learning and skill enhancement.Qualifications Required Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of progressive experience within the Jedi Order, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or mentorship role Advanced mastery of Force techniques, meditation practices, and philosophical principles with demonstrated expertise in multiple Force disciplines Proven track record of successfully mentoring and developing junior Jedi (Padawans), with documented evidence of their advancement and achievement Expert-level lightsaber combat proficiency and tactical defense capabilities Demonstrated excellence in strategic thinking, decision-making, and crisis management in high-stakes situations Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively Comprehensive knowledge of Jedi Code, ethics, and organizational governance principles Ability to design, conduct, and evaluate rigorous assessments and trials for professional advancementPreferred Qualifications: Experience serving on governing councils or strategic planning committees Proven success in diplomatic negotiations, conflict resolution, and peace-building initiatives Expertise in Force knowledge documentation, archival management, and institutional record-keeping Advanced certifications or specialized training in Force disciplines or Jedi philosophy Experience leading defensive operations or tactical responses to organizational threats Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with evolving practices Multilingual capabilities or experience working across diverse galactic cultures and regions Published works or contributions to Jedi knowledge repositories and institutional wisdom Bring treats We welcome applications from all backgrounds.
