We are currently looking for an Import Operations Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with freight forwarding experience who is looking to continue building their career in international logistics within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Requirements

What You’ll Do Process import shipments and customs entries accurately and efficiently Handle international shipments from start to finish (A–Z) Coordinate with overseas partners and clients to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries Maintain daily communication and updates for internal teams and customers Support compliance efforts with Customs, Bonded Warehouse, and CTPAT requirements Prepare quotes, manage documentation, and maintain strong vendor relationships Manage high volumes of emails and phone calls with professionalism and urgency Deliver strong customer service and contribute to a positive team culture Ensure accurate and timely shipment documentation and updates Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transit issues What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding imports Strong understanding of customs regulations, tariffs, and classifications Proficiency in Cargo.
