Manufacturing Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Knowledge of cycle time optimization for machining centers and lathes. Knowledge of SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) to reduce setup times through standardization, proper tooling selection, quick-change devices, and related methodologies. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Experience using software tools to support and optimize setup processes. Experience leading output improvement projects through process automation. Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems. Experience developing and maintaining process engineering procedures and work instructions.

Gains trust and support of others For This Role, You Will Need: Experience with machining center equipment (lathes, CNC machines, milling machines, drilling machines, rotary tables, etc.)

and the tooling used in each operation. Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with CNC software and data collection systems for OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Experience with Mastercam and CAMWorks software. Intermediate English, with the ability to maintain fluent professional conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering within the metalworking/manufacturing industry.
