Solutions Consultant (On-site)

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to partner with the Sales team, supporting the full sales process and transitioning clients to Implementation. You will act as the platform expert, presenting the Phenom platform to prospects and influencing their decision-making. Ideal candidates have significant experience in technical sales or sales engineering and a strong understanding of AI, HR technology, and recruitment strategies.
