Osb. India (OSBI) is an offshore subsidiary of OSB Group. OSBI was incorporated in 2004 as a key part of the OSB Group’s business strategy to provide operational service support. OSBI works with the Group’s trading brands in the UK, providing exceptional customer support and service delivery to new and existing customers.

OSBI also prides itself on offering operational excellence by devising and utilizing process improvements and functional efficiencies. Experience Requirements 12+ years’ of overall experience, with strong hands-on Java development (Java 8+, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices) and automation processes. Good to Have: Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect / Azure DevOps Engineer.

Exposure to specific RPA tools (Ui. Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate). Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Azure Service Bus/Event Grid). Prior experience in a client-facing / consulting delivery environment Knowledge Requirements Core Engineering 12+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on Java development (Java 8+, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices).

Proven experience as a Tech Lead — leading a small-to-mid sized team technically, not just individually contributing. Strong solution design / architecture skills — able to produce HLD/LLD, evaluate trade-offs, and present designs to stakeholders . Automation Demonstrated automation mindset — experience automating processes, workflows, testing, or operations.

Prior hands-on RPA tool experience (Ui. Path/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism) is a plus but not mandatory . Ability to devise and propose automation solution designs — evaluating when to use AI-based automation vs. traditional workflow/integration approaches and architecting the target-state automation platform. Experience integrating automation platforms with backend systems via APIs/microservices.

Cloud & DevOps Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, storage, networking basics). Practical DevOps experience: CI/CD pipeline design (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/Bicep), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Familiarity with monitoring/observability tooling (App Insights, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

Domain Prior experience in Banking or Fintech — understanding of domain constraints like security, compliance, transaction integrity, and regulatory considerations (nice to have). People & Stakeholder Management Proven people management experience — leading, mentoring, and growing a team of engineers (not just technical oversight, but performance and career development).

Strong stakeholder management skills — driving initiatives with business, client, and delivery stakeholders; able to influence, negotiate, and manage expectations at multiple levels. Ability to balance hands-on delivery with technical leadership, people leadership, and mentoring simultaneously. Comfortable presenting solutions and progress to both technical and business/senior audiences.
