House, we’re a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a Bar Supervisor who can bring supervision, energy, and a splash of style to our bar team. What you’ll be doing: Supervise the bar team and ensuring every shift runs smoother than a perfectly stirred Negroni Deliver exceptional service and unforgettable drinks — from morning coffees to late-night cocktails Training, supporting, and inspiring the bar team to keep standards sky-high and spirits even higher Managing stock and the occasional curveball with calm professionalism Being the friendly face guests remember — and the one they toast to What we’re looking for: Experienced in bar service, with a knack for leading teams and mixing magic Passionate about hospitality and obsessed with the little details Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and always guest-focused Ready to bring warmth, wit, and a touch of Brighton brilliance to every shift If your aspiration is to work for a company that understands you and trusts your instincts when it comes to hospitality and you’ve been looking for this kind of role for a while.
