What You'll Bring

We're looking for a proven leader who embodies our mission of Making Lives Better and possesses: Current Texas RN licensure in good standing. Minimum of two (2) years of Director of Nursing experience within a skilled nursing facility. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements, survey readiness, quality measures, and CMS Five-Star initiatives.

Demonstrated success improving clinical outcomes, managing quality assurance processes, and driving operational excellence. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop nursing teams. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with a strong commitment to resident-centered care. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interdisciplinary team leadership abilities.

Key Leadership Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team focused on quality outcomes and resident satisfaction. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and standards. Champion clinical excellence through education, performance management, and best-practice implementation.

Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve strategic, operational, and quality goals.
