The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources team while contributing to the optimization and automation of HR systems and workflows. This position is responsible for coordinating payroll preparation tasks, onboarding, offboarding, stakeholder changes, and HR recordkeeping.

Additionally, the role will work closely with the HRIS Manager to build and enhance HR processes in UKG, leveraging system capabilities (including AI and automation) to reduce manual tasks and support organizational growth.
