Accountant II

Job description Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct financial report writing and interpretation
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Work with private equity investors to ensure compliance with investment agreements
• Utilize Xero accounting software to manage financial records Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 3+ years of experience in accrual accounting and general ledger reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software (or other accounting software is acceptable)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
