Substitute Office Support

Job Summary

This substitute position would assist with the School Office (School Secretary and Attendance Clerk) as well as the District Office (Executive Assistant to the Superintendent) depending on where the need is for that day. The substitute for the School Secretary would work under the direction of the Principal and would perform duties that contribute to the administrative operation of the school.

These duties would include secretarial/clerical functions assigned by the Principal, attendance accounting, communication, and working with the staff, students and community. The substitute for the Attendance Clerk would perform a variety of clerical and general office work, including pupil enrollment and attendance record management systems, use of a computer, and respond to routine inquiries and directing person(s) to appropriate offices as well as other related work as required.

The substitute of Executive Assistant to the Superintendent would support the Superintendent administratively as well as answer phone calls and assistant anyone who comes into the District Office.
