General Laborer (Production Midnights)

Job Details: Third Shift : Monday

• Friday 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. Department: Production. Temp-to-hire position. Job Description: Primary function: Load and unload material from continuous pusher-style furnaces. Once the material is out, an evaluation of the electrical properties of the material must be conducted. This is a hands-on, physically active role in a high-heat, dusty production environment. No prior experience is required— we provide full training!

Requirements

Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must be able to read time on a clock. Must be able to read a tape measure accurately. Comfortable working in high-heat, dusty environments. Able to read and record furnace times correctly. Basic mechanical ability and an eye for material quality. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Effective time management; follows assignments through to completion. Conscientious, punctual, and dependable. Must have reliable transportation. Perform additional duties as required.
