Meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, explain options, and close sales. With average commissions of $1,000–$3,000 per sale , a few deals a month adds up fast. What Our Reps Earn

• Roofing Sales Trainees: $75,000–$125,000 in their first year
• Experienced Average Reps: $100,000–$150,000
• Strong Performers: $150,000–$250,000
