pavion.com Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Installer Apprentice to join our security business unit. Primary Responsibilities: Assist to configure and troubleshoot ongoing projects Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent IBEW Union Member Minimum 2–3 years of experience in installation or service of security or low-voltage systems Expertise with field wiring, terminations, and headend equipment setup Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work from blueprints or wiring diagrams High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to safety Ability to work independently or as part of a team in high-security environments This position requires regular driving to customer and project sites.

A valid driver’s license is required. The hourly pay for this role is: $32.08 - 40.83/hr based on Union rates .
