Plant Maintenance Manager

Additionally, you will manage budgets, procurement of parts, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant maintenance, particularly in the water or wastewater treatment sectors.

Requirements

Ideally qualifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Experienced in plant maintenance management, preferably in water or wastewater treatment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in maintenance management software. Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is a plus. Certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous.
