• Orangeburg Branch AllSouth Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Orangeburg location. The ideal candidate will be energetic, sales-oriented, and dedicated to the highest level of member satisfaction. As the Branch Manager, you will provide a better banking experience for our members by promoting an atmosphere of exceptional service. That includes overseeing the training, guidance, and supervision of the branch team to ensure members’ needs are met. You will also be responsible for the overall growth of the branch, including loan and deposit growth, and maintaining proper cash controls for the entire branch. This position will also have responsibilities that include the daily operations of the branch, including consumer lending, account services, teller duties, ATM servicing, risk prevention, and branch security and safety. Skills and qualifications that will make a successful branch manager… Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. At least three (3) years of branch management or supervisory experience, preferably in a financial institution. You enjoy leading and working on a team. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Strong and effective communication skills. Great problem solving and multi-tasking skills. What does AllSouth offer?
