Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I owned a restaurant franchise and also gained experience in real estate. Those roles helped shape my business mindset and passion for building something meaningful while serving others. I’m a graduate of University of Georgia, married with three children, and we love living in Colorado.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me skiing, hiking, or spending time in the mountains. I’m also a big Denver sports fan. I stay involved in the local community and value building relationships both inside and outside the office. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
