Building Maintenance Manager

The Building Maintenance Manager, under the general direction of the Director of Facilities, Safety and Risk Management, is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of building systems operations and facilities maintenance. Leads planning, budgeting, vendor management, compliance, and supervision of maintenance and custodial staff with broad authority and independent decision-making.
