• Northcote Hotel, a Michelin-starred restaurant and luxury hotel in Lancashire, is looking for a part time Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen brigade. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and wants to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment. No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing: Washing dishes, pots, and utensils to keep our kitchen running smoothly. Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas. Helping with basic food preparation tasks as needed. Supporting the kitchen team to ensure a clean and organized workspace. You’ll be a vital part of our kitchen team, helping us maintain the high standards Northcote is known for.
