About the Role

Join a trusted Australian manufacturing business where quality, safety and teamwork matter. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packer to join our production team, with opportunities available on a casual basis. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for packing finished products, preparing orders for dispatch, and supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Filling, sealing and packing finished products Conduct visual quality checks and report any defects or issues Label and prepare goods for dispatch Maintain accurate production and packing records Assist with general production and housekeeping duties Follow all workplace health and safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets About You Have previous experience in a manufacturing, warehousing or packing environment (preferred but not essential) Demonstrate a strong focus on safety and quality Be reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude Have good attention to detail Be comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks and lifting within safe manual handling guidelines Work effectively as part of a team We're looking for people who are dependable, safety-focused and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
