(Senior) Product Officer - IoT Product

In this position, you will: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for IoT connectivity products, spanning market research, requirements analysis, product design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimisation. Monitor and analyse industry trends, market demands, and the competitive landscape across IoT, Internet of Vehicles (IoV), and smart hardware sectors; liaise with group subsidiaries and ecosystem partners to formulate sound product development strategies.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical implementation aligns with market requirements; participate in technical solution reviews and decision-making; drive the standardisation, productisation, and platformisation of solutions. Develop go-to-market strategies for IoT connectivity products and collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales performance and grow market share.

Regularly gather and analyse user feedback to continuously enhance product features and user experience , maintaining strong product competitiveness. Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure seamless inter-departmental communication and collaboration throughout the product development process. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of product management experience; prior hands-on experience with IoT connectivity platforms such as Jasper, DCP, or CMIOT is highly advantageous. Solid understanding of IoT and IoV industry trends, with keen market insight and a creative, innovative mindset. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Proficient in project management tools and methodologies; demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects with rigour. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine passion for tackling complex and challenging business problems.
