SUMMARY The Track Marshall Lead position is a full time hourly role, that will be responsible for the assisting the Operation Supervisors of the facility with leading on a daily basis including, staffing and training of all hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation and safety and security. The Operation Supervisor must be the leader of the shift with the operations managers and create an environment that encourages ownership and accountability.
