Site Director

The Granite YMCA is seeking a Site Director to lead one of our Before and/or Aftercare program sites. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone passionate about youth development, staff mentorship, and creating a high-quality, engaging program environment. As a Site Director, you will oversee daily program operations, lead a team of staff, and ensure compliance with YMCA standards and New Hampshire state licensing requirements.

This role is ideal for a strong communicator and leader who thrives in a dynamic, youth-focused environment. This is a full-time position located in Somersworth, NH. Shifts: 6:45am-8:15am; 2-6pm Why Join Us?
