Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise mining operations to achieve production targets. Develop and implement strategies to optimize mining processes and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Prepare and manage mining budgets and expenses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and maximize output.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering. Minimum of 15 years of experience in mining operations, preferably in the cement industry. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Strong knowledge of mining principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
