Store Room Assistant Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operation of the Engineering Storeroom. Issue, receive, and maintain inventory of engineering parts and supplies. Monitor stock levels and support inventory control activities. Coordinate the procurement and collection of departmental supplies. Assist with dispatching work assignments to engineering team members.

Maintain accurate records, logs, and inventory documentation. Support the operation of the energy management system as required. Ensure storeroom and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe. Provide support and assistance to engineering team members as needed. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications Experience in inventory management, storeroom operations, warehouse management, or a related engineering support role. Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members. Basic knowledge of engineering materials, equipment, and maintenance operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems is an asset. Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, operating instructions, and technical documentation. Why Join Atlantis?
