GTM Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Operations Manager based in United Kingdom. As a GTM Operations Manager, you will help build and optimize the systems, workflows, and automations that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring that valuable customer signals translate into timely, actionable insights and effective engagement. Working across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered tools, you will improve data quality, streamline handoffs, and make customer lifecycle programs more reliable. You will own projects from initial scoping through implementation, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.
