Experienced Toyota Service Advisor Toyota of Olympia | Tumwater, WA Toyota of Olympia is looking for an experienced, professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. What You’ll Do Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming, high-trust service experience Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs Provide accurate maintenance and repair recommendations with integrity and professionalism Communicate clearly with technicians, parts, and customers throughout the repair process Keep customers informed on timelines, approvals, and vehicle status updates Review completed repairs and invoices with customers at vehicle delivery Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-through Maintain strong CSI performance and customer retention Help manage workflow efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally while working toward positive resolution The Right Person For This Role The ideal candidate is someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Is highly organized and able to multitask effectively Communicates confidently and professionally Builds trust naturally with customers Understands the balance between customer advocacy and dealership profitability Maintains composure and positivity under pressure Takes ownership and follows through consistently Brings energy, urgency, and professionalism to the team every day Wants to build long-term relationships with both customers and coworkers We are looking for someone who wants a long-term home — not just their next job.

Qualifications
