Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for professional, technical, and leadership positions. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through multiple channels, including: LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean Search Talent Mapping Market Intelligence Social Recruiting Professional Networks Employee Referrals Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and talent intelligence platforms to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and recruitment efficiency.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs. Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment coordination. Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights on pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and candidate experience. Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate attraction strategies.

Stay current with labor market trends, talent availability, sourcing innovations, and recruitment technologies. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Talent Attraction roles.

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels. Strong expertise in: Talent Sourcing Candidate Scouting Talent Mapping Executive Search Boolean Search Techniques Recruitment Marketing Candidate Assessment Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Advanced experience using: LinkedIn Recruiter Talent Insights platforms AI-powered sourcing tools CRM recruiting systems Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Experience recruiting across Central America or regional markets is highly desirable. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
