Your Role

Aptiv’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a rotational program aimed at developing Aptiv’s finance leaders of tomorrow. Participants in the program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months. Each assignment is designed to provide experience in a different area of Finance, with rotations occurring within the participant's location or within the domestic region.

The FLDP offers participants a diverse range of experiences across key Finance functions, including, but not limited to:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Site / Plant Finance
• Internal Audit
• Treasury
• Accounting
• Investor Relations
• Analytics
• Commercial Finance & more The FLDP is Fast Track Program at Aptiv, proudly sponsored by Senior Finance Executives, designed to cultivate the next generation of exceptional leaders. This program offers an unparalleled Learning & Development experience, including structured mentorship for the duration of the program. Your Background:
• Graduates and final year students majoring in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Practical experience, such as an internship, in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile.
• Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience.
• Interest in becoming a leader.
