Pharmacy Tech

Description Pharmacy Tech Fulltime benefited position 30-40 hour per week. Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, perform specific job responsibilities authorized by the Idaho Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.

• Assist pharmacist in recording and dispensing medications
• Show competency on IV technique yearly
• Oversee Pyxis program
• Timely and accurately document all pharmacy transactions
• Prepare IV syringes following proper procedure
• Maintain Emergency Room drug inventory and supplies.
• Prepare State narcotic report monthly if needed
• Other duties as assigned
