The Internship: As a Customer Success Intern at Monday Merch, you’ll support our team in managing merch projects for global brands like Google, Uber, or Netflix. You’ll help coordinate between our clients and internal teams, making sure every project runs smoothly from order to delivery.

It’s a hands-on internship where communication, organization, and a good dose of initiative make all the difference in a fast-growing, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support client communication: Assist with updates, order confirmations, and sharing information throughout production and delivery. Keep projects moving: Monitor timelines, follow up with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics, and help ensure everything arrives on time and exactly as ordered. g., HR, Event Management). Prior experience not required, eagerness to learn and being a quick learner is more important. Enthusiastic and personable communicator, whether on the phone or via email. Highly organized and able to work in a structured manner (this is crucial!) Currently pursuing or recently completed a university-level education (field of study not specific).

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, or French is a big plus. You are available for at least 6 months (min. 5 months). Why Monday Merch?
