Appraiser III, Property Building

As the Appraiser III, Property Building, you will provide quality control on large property damage estimates (up to $1M) to confirm they are complete, accurate and align with the scope of the insured loss. This cost containment includes assisting Claims Representatives in setting a proper scope of work for remediation and repairs, supporting the competitive bid process and reviewing estimates prepared by preferred and non-preferred vendors.

You will support on-site scope setting when possible, considering loss location and appraiser location which may require significant travel, including overnight stays.
