Outbound Coordinator (1st Shift)

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Schedule: Monday

We are currently looking for an Outbound Coordinator to join our team on 1st Shift. What You'll Be Doing As an Outbound Coordinator you will: Coordinate daily outbound shipments and transportation activities Communicate with warehouse operations, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status Research and resolve shipping discrepancies and transportation issues Monitor carrier performance and support compliance reporting Review orders and ensure accurate shipment planning and documentation Support domestic and international shipping processes Manage daily transportation scheduling and load planning What You Will Bring Your background and experience should include: Experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ready to start a career with a global technology leader? Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
