Veterinary Pharmacy Technician

Bay Animal Hospital is seeking a talented Veterinary Pharmacy Technician to join our team! Are you a detail-oriented person with a passion for veterinary medicine and pharmacology? We’re looking for a Veterinary Pharmacy Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately filling prescriptions, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting our veterinary team in providing top-notch patient care.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of veterinary medications and dosing. Prior experience in a veterinary or pharmacy setting is a plus!

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $23 - 25 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-timeposition, with a5/8schedule and availability neededMonday-Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 1+ years of Pharmacy experience
• Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
• California Pharmacy Technician License
• Proficiency in the following skills:
• Filling medications
• Excellent Client Communication
