Position Overview

We are seeking a professional Home Cleaning Specialist with at least 5 years of residential cleaning experience in Canada . The ideal candidate will be patient, kind, and comfortable working with seniors, ensuring they feel cared for while delivering a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated, efficient, and has a passion for providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and general household cleaning. Establish positive relationships with senior clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs with patience and care. Follow specific cleaning instructions and preferences from clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Respect client privacy and personal property while maintaining professionalism. Communicate any issues or special requests to management for prompt resolution. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and used safely.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of residential cleaning experience in Canada, with references available upon request. Experience working with seniors or vulnerable individuals is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleaning services. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when interacting with clients.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
