Part Time Chef - 2 Days per week

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate chef to join our team. Responsibilities': Plan, prepare and cook meals in accordance with guidelines and resident individual dietary requirement. Ensure meals are presented attractively and served at appropriate temperature. Work closely with other healthcare staff Monitor and manage food stock, placing order and minimizing waste Knowledge of special diets. etc.

This position is based within nursing home setting, where chef is an integral part of the care team. The chef is expected to balance efficiency with empathy, understanding that mealtimes are an important part of residents daily routine.
