Responsible for Transportation Department contract invoice documentation compliance with 2 CFR 200 and other federal funding regulations. Process consultant invoices and monitor contract expenditures. Provide support and assist with internal monitoring, audits, reviews and external compliance assessments. Ensure contract compliance, assisting program managers and project managers with contract needs, reporting and invoice compliance.

Maintain tracking spreadsheets and databases related to compliance activities. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational and financial information. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on commitments, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft office applications, particularly in Excel, SharePoint and Adobe to edit functions for task tracking and communicating with external funders. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate effectively across functional areas.
